This promotion offers a 3% discount.

2025 Mail Growth Incentive
The Mail Growth Incentive remains the same in 2025. Eligible mailers can receive a 30% credit on mail volumes beyond their established baseline volume. The baseline is based on a marketer’s mail volume during the USPS fiscal year, 10/1/2023-9/30/2024.
