Since Prisma’s acquisition of World Marketing – Phoenix in November of 2010, we have never been better set up to be your turnkey source for all things direct marketing.
In the months following the acquisition, Prisma Graphic has been diligently training all employees on sensitive data policies. Only approved employees will be granted key card access to areas where sensitive data is stored and fulfilled. Certified Prisma employees will always safeguard all fulfillment and direct mail projects, especially those that deal with financial statements and other personal or proprietary information.

EXPANDED SERVICES
• lettershop, mailing and delivery tracking: From simple addressing of envelopes to complex match-mailings and insertion. All of these services are available, including the use of intelligent mail barcodes to track your direct marketing campaign through the mailstream.
• data cleansing: We take the time to ensure the data you provide is the most current information available for your target audience. CASS Certification, NCOA and AEC are just a few of the data cleansing services available.
• data acquisition: Prisma can now help you with business acquisition lists using profiling and modeling. Simply provide a list of your current customers and we can run them through a complex analytical software that profiles your “perfect customer” and provides look-a-likes in the areas you want to target.
• order processing and fulfillment: Sales kits, retail displays, DVDs or anything you need shipped to your customers. Prisma has the capabilities to warehouse, inventory, fulfill and report on orders placed through an online interface.
The most exciting news of all may be Prisma’s current direct mail and fulfillment services are merging with World Marketing – Phoenix into the 82,000 sq ft facility directly west of our location.
