CEO Robert Anderson will transition to Chairman and COO James Hill is elevated to CEO
PHOENIX, Ariz. – Prisma announced today CEO Robert Anderson will transition leadership of the company to James Hill, the current COO. Anderson has led Prisma for the past 24 years after purchasing the 44-year-old company in 2000 with partner Rod Granberry. Prisma has expanded in recent years from its Phoenix headquarters to four locations including Tucson, Austin, and Nashville.
Anderson will remain involved as Chairman and Granberry will serve as Chairman Emeritus. Hill will now oversee day-to-day operations and help drive continued growth as Prisma’s new CEO while Anderson focuses on strategy and acquisitions. Hill joined Prisma in 2021 as COO after the company’s initial expansion into Nashville.
