James Hill joined Prisma in 2021 through the eastward expansion and acquisition of Parris Printing in Nashville, Tennessee. James brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the commercial print industry. He has a track record of successfully impacting companies of all sizes.

He was President of RR Donnelley’s Commercial Print business unit, a $1.2B business unit, where he developed a vision and plan that resulted in a more compelling offering and an optimized platform resulting in sales growth and improved earnings. Before that, James was with Consolidated Graphics for 15 years. During his tenure with Consolidated Graphics, he held a variety of leadership roles including Executive Vice President Technology & Procurement, and before that was President of three different operating companies within the Consolidated Graphics umbrella.

Most of James’ free time involves cheering on his children at sporting events or saltwater fishing.
