We are thrilled to be a part of Printing Industries of America’s newest edition of The Mag. PIA is the world’s largest graphic arts trade association, representing more than 6,000 member companies in the industry. Its purpose is to provide representation, training, education, research, and publications to the printing industry. We sat down with their team to discuss the importance of staying ahead in a technology-driven landscape, and how our strong emphasis on client services has propelled Prisma forward.
This year, our work with PIA has expanded into their iLearning Center. Jennifer Decker, our Director of Client Services, helped PIA establish their Customer Service Professional (CSP) Certification, which helps individuals learn the vital skills necessary to establish strong, outstanding customer service communication and solutions.
