Happy New Year from all of us here at Prisma!
After a wonderfully successful 2013 Prisma snowflake contest (read about it here), we knew that we had to come up with another fun and engaging holiday gift for our clients in 2014.
This year, we sent boxes to clients all over the country with treats for the holidays and three small white Styrofoam balls. The instructions were simple- use anything and everything you have in your office space to create a one-of-a-kind office snowman reflecting your style, brand, workplace, or other funky, spirited character. We also included a wintery madlib- a separate contest, but most often written in reference to their office snowman. Clients just had to send pictures of the scene and madlib back to us to be eligible for a wintery prize!
This year, we decided to invite the office to vote on the two 1st place prize winners and some honorable mentions, too (who receive a coveted Prisma blog shoutout). The snowmen we received were even cooler than we expected and, with over 50 submissions, our office staff had quite the challenge selecting their favorite! After adding the votes, we are excited to announce that the winner of the office snowman contest is:
Eileen Wong and the team at Forever Living
Forever Living’s sunbathing snowwoman scene won by an avalanche! No other snowman could top this desert gal in a teeny yellow bikini who was actually floating on a bubble envelope.
We’re also happy to announce the winner of the madlib contest- Distribution Services at Davis Selected Advisers in Tucson. We loved hearing about Peanut and his sporty winter adventures. Read their quirky jingle here.
Here are some of our other favorite entries, in random order:
Matt Oxford at Robson Communities is the artist behind this Nightmare Before Christmas-inspired snowman.
We loved this tandem sledding snow couple from Madison Galan at Alliance Residential. Stellar moustache.
ulia Oliver – Healthy Habits
Renee Gessinger – Robson Resort
Rebecca Burghart at Forever Living created this impressive snowboarding dude, complete with snowy ramps.
Thank you to all participants for making our second holiday contest such a blast! We hope you enjoyed creating your snowman scene, and we look forward to another creative contest next year. Great job, Eileen and Alana! We’ll be in touch with you soon about your prizes.
