Prisma has acquired Vivid Ink in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, greatly enhancing large format and promotional capabilities

PHOENIX, Ariz. – Prisma announced today it has increased its national marketing logistics footprint to six total production facilities with the acquisition of Vivid Ink in Baton Rouge and New Orleans.

Prisma was attracted to Vivid’s expertise in large format and branded merchandise that will enhance Prisma’s current solutions in these areas. The two Vivid locations will be rebranded as Prisma Baton Rouge and Prisma New Orleans.

This approach has been the catalyst for Prisma’s expansion; growing from one location to six over the past 4 years.”

Prisma’s unique business solutions include its proprietary brand management software, dokshop, programmatic direct mail backed by HITRUST security compliance and a robust print platform that includes offset, digital and large format capabilities.  The addition of the two Vivid locations will double the brand’s volumes in large format and promotional merchandise, with the added solution of custom decorating.

Prisma was recently ranked #38 on the Top 300 Printing Companies by the trade publication Printing Impressions. This is a 26-spot jump from the previous year based on sales volume due to both acquisitions and organic growth.

Prisma will continue to be headquartered in Phoenix and has goals of future acquisitions or new facilities to further enhance its operations and offerings.
